Barre offers full-body workouts focusing on low-impact, small movements that strengthen and tone your core, abs, arms, legs, and glutes. Classes include hand weights, yoga straps, therapeutic exercise balls, and resistance bands. No two classes are alike. This prevents muscles from adapting, giving you quicker results!
