Cycle Fit (SPIN)

Cycle Fit is a 60-minute indoor cycling class. For beginners and advanced alike, Cycle Fit is low impact and high energy. Individuals determine their own intensity as the instructor leads them on a challenging, efficient and energizing ride. Set to motivating music, you’ll work hills, sprints, jumps and flat roads. You’ll rapidly burn calories as you gain stamina and increase your fitness level!
